Vibranthomz online operates and delivers at almost all the major Cities in and around Tamilnadu, through Vibrant Concepts And Designs and reputed logistics companies. However, we may not be able to deliver at certain locations due to logistical limitations. You can know about the serviceability at your location by checking your Pin code on the page of the product you wish to buy.
Shipping Charges
In most of the cases delivery is free, however in certain cases a minimal shipping charges may apply and these would be for you to review during the checkout for purchase. Shipping Charges given in the checkout page are final and doesn’t have any hidden costs or additional charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final, and all taxes are inclusive.
Delivery Time
The products on Vibranthomz.com are available in selected cities within Tamilnadu, serviced through its eCommerce Fulfilment Partner. The delivery shall be through reputed couriers GATI, Delhivery, Fedex and others as contracted (herein after referred to as “SHIPPER”) on all weekdays, except for National Holidays and any other public holiday. Delivery shall be made within 10-12 business days from the time of purchase. But, depending on the billing address delivery in remote areas may take more than 10 business days. However, in most cases the goods will be with you before that time. The products on website are available in selected cities within India. The delivery days shall be all weekdays, with an exception to National Holidays and any other public holiday.
Order Tracking
Once your order is complete you will receive the Order Confirmation through email or, SMS on your registered e-mail ID or, phone numbers, respectively.

Orders are shipped either through reputed courier services or through our aligned partners located near you. In case of products shipped through courier, you will be get the details like Courier Company, Airway Bill Number etc so that you can track your consignments.
